RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Once your order has been processed and shipped or picked up, it is considered final sale. However, if you experience any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or damaged products, please contact me. Your satisfaction is important to me and I'm here to help in anyway. Thank you for understanding and supporting our handmade creations!

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow between 3-5 business days for standard ground advantage mail or 2-3 for priority mail (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received for us to package and ship your products. We try our best to ship out as quickly as possible, but it's usually just me working (sometimes with little hands helping as well) so we appreciate your patience.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Corner Oak Soap Co. LLC is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at corneroaksoapco@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office if a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
